Sundays are for families! Bring your family to the Rubin Museum for a Sunday afternoon of activities both kids and grownups will enjoy. Drop into the Education Center for some art making and enjoy our 2:00 PM family exhibition tour.
February Family Sundays: Metal Mouse
Celebrate the lunar year of the Metal Mouse by taking inspiration from the element of metal to mold your own sculpture. In Tibetan astrology, metal is strong and sharp enough to cut but also changeable. Do you have a stubborn streak? Do you like to go on adventures alone, or keep your toys organized? Then you may have been born in a year of metal!
