About the Speaker
Sara Clark is an EYT- 500-hour certified yoga and mindfulness teacher residing in New York City who left the corporate world of television post-production in 2011 to deepen her studies of yoga. Practicing vinyasa flow and meditation for two decades now, Sara is a Yoga Journal influencer and faculty member at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and she leads workshops and retreats internationally. One of the newest teachers on Yogaglo, Sara has also created a series of yoga and meditation videos for Shape Magazine and Yoga Today. Her teachings merge the physical and esoteric practices of yoga with mindfulness and meditation practices that can be utilized both on and off the yoga mat to support overall well-being in life. In a very applicable way, Sara’s mission is to help others awaken to their limitless potential. Known for her compassionate teaching style and fluid vinyasa sequences, Sara makes both the novice and the more experienced practitioner feel welcomed in her classes.
