About the DJ

“The Peace Révolution” is the musical project and DJ alias of sound artist and semiotician Christopher Salata—an active pacifist and futurist philosopher rooted in New York City and cofounder of the post-nationalist, meta-modern peace organization Peace Accelerators.

”The Peace Révolution” retrieves and revitalizes inspiration and notable audio fragments from pacifist, anti-war, and liberation movements from history and revives them to relevancy, acuity, and an engaging blueprint for the present moment. “The Peace Révolution” looks to take listeners through an invigorating journey of rediscovery and belief in our highest ideals and present potential doorways to internal and external emancipation.
