It is said that after sitting underneath a Bodhi tree meditating, the Buddha touched the ground as a gesture calling the earth to witness him overcoming the demon Mara, and reach enlightenment. This month, families are invited to think about how they too can experience nature and earth themselves, through the act of art-making!

- Cup of water
- Paint brushes or kitchen utensils you don’t mind getting dirty like plastic spoons (optional)
- Paper towels or wet wipes (optional)
