March Family Sundays: Wakeful Wanderings
The mandala is one of Himalayan art’s most common symbols and is used for meditation. During the journey through the maze of the mandala, people consider common difficulties and struggles—like ego, greed, and fear—and take some time to self-reflect and be mindful. Inspired by the mandala, learn how to make your own maze out of paper and take a pause from everyday life to wander through!
