This architecturally stunning space with the Museum’s spiral staircase at its center features direct access to the five floors of galleries above, glass panel dividers to add depth and dimension, and rotating alcoves with artworks from the Museum’s permanent collection. Truly the perfect space for artful entertaining! 

The Spiral Lobby can be used for holiday parties, networking receptions, intimate wedding ceremonies, and more.

Colonnade

One of our largest event spaces, the Colonnade is perfect for a party, performance, or interactive program. With a highly sophisticated in-house lighting system, this space can be transformed by custom LED hues to create a unique event atmosphere. 

The Colonnade can be used for seated dinners, fundraising galas, conferences, and more.

Theater

With a state-of-the-art audiovisual platform, the Rubin Museum’s Theatre is an optimal location for any type of program. The cherrywood-lined auditorium features flexible seating and can accommodate up to 140 guests. Notable amenities include a high-resolution digital projector, a three-pan tilt-zoom camera system, and surround-sound capabilities. Our experienced team of AV technicians, coupled with an impressive equipment inventory, make tech-focused events a breeze. 

The Theater can be used for album release performances, panel discussions, full-day seminars, virtual conferences, and more.
